- F1Represents 41,355 shares of common stock issued as partial consideration in connection with the merger of FTS Holding Corporation into a subsidiary of FinTech Acquisition Corp. (the "Merger).
- F2The Reporting Person is a participant in the 2016 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan (the "Plan"). The Reporting Person received options to purchase common stock pursuant to the Plan.
