- F1The Reporting Person is a participant in the 2016 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan (the "Plan"). The Reporting Person received options to purchase common stock pursuant to the Plan. Options to purchase common stock begin vesting at 25% on the first anniversary of the Grant Date and an additional 25% on an annual basis thereafter.
