Explanation of responses
- F1On May 31, 2017, a limited partner (the "Limited Partner") of Sutter Hill Ventures, a California Limited Partnership ("SHV") liquidated its interest in SHV in return for its ratable share of the holdings of SHV, resulting in SHV's distribution to the Limited Partner of 1,567,084 shares of the Issuer's common stock (the "Liquidation"). The shares distributed to the Limited Partner in the Liquidation will remain subject to a lock-up agreement for a period of 180 days following April 12, 2017, as required pursuant to a lock-up agreement SHV entered into with the underwriters in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering.
