- F1Represents a grant of restricted shares made to the reporting person that vests in full on March 20, 2015. In connection with the Issuer's recently completed rights offering to purchase shares of Series Common Stock, holders of options or stock appreciation rights relating to shares of the Issuer's common stock received a grant of restricted shares of Series C Common Stock to compensate for the diminution in value associated with the common stock underlying these equity awards.
