- F1On May 10th, 2016 the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 27,566 shares of common stock. The option vests in three equal annual installments based on FRPT's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2016, 2017, 2018. The performance criteria for 2017 were met as verified by FRPT's Compensation Committee of Board of Directors, resulting in vesting of the option as to 9,189 shares.
