Explanation of responses
- F1Grant to the Reporting Person of a stock option under the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the "Plan"). The options vest 50% immediately upon grant with the remaining 50% to vest in a series of four (4) successive equal quarterly installments on the last day of each quarter starting on October 31, 2026, so that all of the options will be fully vested on the one-year anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each applicable vesting period.
