Explanation of responses
- F1On April 7, 2017 the Reporting Person was granted 45,000 restricted stock units (RSU's). Each RSU represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock. Such restricted stock units shall vest and become releasable in a series of eight equal successive three month installments over the twenty-four months following the grant date, all subject to the grantee's continued status as a service provider.
