Explanation of responses
- F1On October 16, 2015 the reporting person was granted 55,888 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock. Twenty-five percent of the RSU's vest on the six-month anniversary of the vesting commencement date. The remaining 75% of the RSU's vest in equal consecutive six-month installments thereafter subject to participant's continued status as a service provider. All or a portion of the unvested shares are subject to acceleration upon the occurrence of certain events.
