Explanation of responses
- F1The phantom units expire upon settlement. The phantom units are settled upon vesting in common units (on a one-for-one basis) or, at the discretion of the Issuer, in cash.
- F2The phantom units were acquired from the Issuer through dividend equivalent rights that accrued on outstanding phantom units and are subject to the same terms as the phantom units to which they relate.
Remarks
The Reporting Person is the Chief Accounting Officer of CONE Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of the Issuer (the "General Partner"). The Issuer is managed by the directors and executive officers of the General Partner.
