Explanation of responses
- F1On June 5, 2015, Mr. Whelan was granted options to purchase shares of common stock that were subject to the issuer's satisfaction of certain financial performance criteria. On February 29, 2016 (the "determination date"), the performance criteria were met with respect to options to purchase 26,854 shares. 25% of the options vested upon the determination date, and the remaining 75% will vest in three equal installments on each anniversary of the determination date, subject to continued employment.
