Explanation of responses
- F1Represents Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), which shall vest fully on the day immediately prior to the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders after the effective date of grant, subject to the Reporting Person's continuing to be a Service Provider for the Issuer.
