Remarks
The Issuer's president and CEO, Jeffrey Rassas, is the general manager and holds 50% interest of Hayjour Family Limited Partnership. Mr. Rassas' wife holds the remaining 50% interest in Hayjour. Mr. Rassas disclaims beneficial ownership of any shares held by Hayjour that would exceed his percentage interest in Hayjour.
