- F1Represents securities underlying 3,000,000 units of the Issuer. Each unit ("Unit") consists of one share of common stock and one right ("Right").
- F2Mr. Zhao is a director of Great Finance Holdings Limited, and as such, controls the voting and disposition of such securities.
