- F1Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the 2014 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") which can only be settled with shares of common stock. 100% of the RSUs subject to this Award will vest on March 6, 2022 subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer or any subsidiary of the Issuer through such date.
