- F1On July 29, 2016, the Issuer adopted a resolution approved by the shareholders to effectuate a reverse stock split at a ratio of one (1) new share for each ten (10) old shares of the Issuer's Class A and Class B Common Stock (the "Reverse Split"). Prior to the Reverse Split, the Reporting Person owned 2,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Class B Common Stock. Following the Reverse Split, the Reporting Person owned 200,000 shares of the Issuer's Class B Common Stock.
