Explanation of responses
- F1This form amends a Form 4 previously filed by the Reporting Person on July 21, 2016 to correct the number of shares that should have been reported on such date by increasing the number of shares disposed by 3,000. Such shares were included in error on the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on August 4, 2016 in the description of the disposition of shares therein.
Remarks
The Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on July 21, 2016 failed to note that 1347 Investors LLC may be deemed a director by deputization as a result of Larry G. Swets, Jr., the manager of 1347 Investors LLC, serving on the board of directors of the Issuer.
