- F1Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of April 14, 2014 by and between CB Financial Services, Inc. and FedFirst Financial Corporation ("Merger Agreement"), on October 31, 2014 each share of FedFirst Financial Corporation common stock by the election of the stockholder was either converted and exchanged for 1.1590 shares of CB Financial Services, Inc. common stock or $23.00 dollars in cash per share. The 100 shares of FedFirst Financial Corporation common stock held by Mr. Sommers was converted to 115 shares of CB Financial Services, Inc. common stock.
