- F1Nathan H. Wright is a TPG Partner. TPG is affiliated with (i) TPG VI Neon I, L.P. ("Neon I"), (ii) TPG VI Neon II, L.P. ("Neon II"), (iii) TPG VI FOF Neon, L.P. ("FOF Neon") and (iv) Nexeo Holdco, LLC ("Nexeo Holdco" and, together with Neon I, Neon II and FOF Neon, the "TPG Funds"). The TPG Funds directly hold an aggregate of 31,227,844 shares of common stock ("Common Stock") of Nexeo Solutions, Inc. (the "Issuer"), as well as a right to future deferred payments in cash in lieu of receiving 5,654,960 additional shares of Common Stock.
- F2Mr. Wright disclaims beneficial ownership of all of the securities that are or may be beneficially owned by the TPG Funds or any of its affiliates.
