Explanation of responses
- F1This number of shares represents the vesting of RSUs on the first anniversary of the grant date awarded on March 10, 2015 under the Company's 2014 Second Amended and Restated Long-Term Incentive Plan.
- F2These shares were delivered to the Company to pay for the applicable withholding tax due upon vesting of restricted stock units.
Remarks
The Form 4 filed on March 14, 2016 contained an incorrect conformed signature. This Form 4/A is being filed solely to correct the conformed signature to show that Sebastian Deschler is signing the Form 4 as attorney-in-fact for Martin Truong. No other change is made to the original Form 4.
