Remarks
1. On January 10, 2017, NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc. ("NSAM") merged with and into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Colony NorthStar, Inc. ("CLNS"). NSAM ceased to exist following the merger and CLNS continued as the successor issuer of NSAM under Rule 12g-3(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Mr. Hamamoto currently serves as an officer and director (Executive Vice Chairman) of CLNS.
