The following individuals comprise an Investment Committee of Malaysian Life Sciences Capital Fund Ltd.: Dr. Roger Wyse, Dr. Ganesh Kishore, En Amirul Fares Zahir, Rashidan Shah Abdul Rahim, Mr Aditya Puri and Ms Lim Su-san (alternate to Mr Aditya Puri). The members of the Investment Committee exercise shared voting and dispositive control over the shares held by Malaysian Life Sciences Capital Fund Ltd. (continue with footnote 2)
- F2Dr. Kishore is also the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysian Life Sciences Capital Fund Ltd.
