F1Shares are owned indirectly through Halcyon Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company owned by Kartik Kakarala and his brother, Srinivas Kakarala. Kartik Kakarala has shared power to vote and shared power to dispose of such shares of common stock with his brother. As of May 15, 2018, Mr. Kakarala had voting power representing approximately 6.9% of our outstanding common stock on a fully diluted basis.
F2Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of RMBL Class B Common Stock.
