Explanation of responses
- F1The option to purchase common stock will vest as follows: (a) 25% of the shares subject to the options shall vest on February 20, 2020, and (b) the remaining 75% vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to reporting person's continuous service as of each vesting date. The option contains an early-exercise provision and is exercisable as to unvested shares, subject to the issuer's right of repurchase.
