Explanation of responses
- F1On March 15, 2010, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 120,000 shares of common stock. The option is elgibile to vest in five equal annual installments beginning 02/26/2011, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. The performance criteria for 2014 were met and their achievment approved on February 10, 2015, resulting in 24,000 options.
