Explanation of responses
- F1On June 23, 2015 the reporting person was granted 200,000 shares of restricted stock subject to the satisfaction of certain performance criteria. It was determined that the performance criteria was achieved at 70% of target, resulting in the award of 140,000 shares of restricted stock. These shares will vest at a rate of 33.3% per year commencing on February 15, 2018.
