- F1Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.
- F2On August 4, 2014 restricted stock units originally granted by Tribune Media Company were converted into restricted stock units of the Issuer in connection with the Spin-off. Each restricted stock unit represents the equivalent of one share of the Issuer's common stock.
