("Biotech IV"), which directly holds 166,049 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") of Endo International plc (the "Issuer"), (ii) TPG Sky, L.P. ("TPG Sky"), which directly holds 13,499,524 Ordinary Shares, and (iii) TPG Sky Co-Invest, L.P. ("TPG Sky Co-Invest" and, together with Biotech IV and TPG Sky, the "TPG Funds"), which directly holds 3,516,563 Ordinary Shares.
