Ltd., which is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. Each of Fullerton Fund Investments Pte. Ltd. and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, through the ownership described herein, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by Havelock Fund Investments Pte. Ltd.
