- F1The Issuer is managed by the board of directors and executive officers of its general partner Enable GP, LLC (the "General Partner). Mr. Brewer became an executive officer of the General Partner on February 17, 2015. A holding of 6,250 common units should have been reported on Form 3 when Mr. Brewer became an executive officer of the General Partner; however, Mr. Brewer's holding was incorrectly reported as 250 common units on Form 3 filed on February 26, 2015.
