("Fund V"), ArcLight Energy Partners Fund IV, L.P. ("Fund IV"), Bronco Midstream Partners, L.P. ("Bronco Midstream"), Bronco Midstream Infrastructure, LLC ("Bronco Infrastructure") and Enogex Holdings LLC ("Enogex Holdings") and collectively with the foregoing and their respective general partners and subsidiaries "ArcLight"). ArcLight Capital Partners has ultimate voting and investment control over the securities reported herein. Due to certain voting rights granted to Mr. Revers as a member of ArcLight Capital Partners' investment committee, Mr. Revers may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the units attributable to ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, but disclaims any such ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
