Explanation of responses
- F1On August 31, 2017, 68,533 shares of common stock of the Issuer were issued to the reporting person upon conversion of 68,533 shares of common stock of Platform Delaware Holdings, Inc., a direct subsidiary of the Issuer ("PDH"), held by Tartan Holdings, LLC ("Tartan"). Shares of PDH common stock are convertible, at the option of the holder, into a like number of shares of common stock of the Issuer.
