Explanation of responses
- F1On January 27, 2017, the uniQure Board of Directors approved a grant to Mr. Kapusta of 162,500 performance share units linked to the achievement of specified performance goals in 2017. On December 13, 2017, the Board of Directors determined that certain performance goals were met. Following the Board's determination, each performance share unit represents the right to receive one ordinary share, and will vest in full on January 27, 2020.
- F2On September 29, 2016, the uniQure Board of Directors approved a grant to Mr. Kapusta of 61,560 performance share units linked to the achievement of specified performance goals in 2017. On December 13, 2017, the Board of Directors determined that certain performance goals were met. Following the Board's determination, each performance share unit represents the right to receive one ordinary share, and will vest in full on December 31, 2017.
