- F1The shares are owned by Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LP and FTAI Offshore Holdings L.P. The general partner of each of Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LP and FTAI Offshore Holdings L.P. is Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Delaware GP LLC (the "Fortress General Partner"). Both Fortress General Partner and Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Master Delaware GP LLC are wholly owned subsidiaries of Principal Holdings I LP. The general partner of Principal Holdings I LP is FIG Asset Co. LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group LLC.
- F2Wesley R. Edens is a principal and co-chairman of the board of directors of, and owns approximately 14.5% of, Fortress Investment Group LLC. By virtue of his relationship to Fortress Investment Group LLC and certain of its affiliates, Mr. Edens may be deemed to have a pecuniary interest in the shares beneficially owned by the Fortress General Partner. Mr. Edens disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
