- F1Denver Relief Consulting LLC ("DRC") received 113,788 shares of the Company's Common Stock as consideration in the merger (the "Merger") of Whaxy Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with and into DDDigtal Inc., a Colorado corporation. Prior to the completion of the Merger on January 25, 2017, DRC had been a shareholder of DDDigtal Inc. More information on the Merger may be found in the Company's Form 8-K disclosures on December 16, 2016 and January 27, 2017.
