Explanation of responses
- F1Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Rightside 2014 Incentive Award Plan. This RSU award shall vest in sixteen (16) substantially equal quarterly installments with the first of the installments vesting on May 15, 2016.
