- F1On March 22, 2016, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 15,000 shares of common stock. The optoin vests according to the following schedule: 25% vests upon the achievement of one performance milestone (the "First Milestone") 25% vests upon the achievement of a second performance milestone, and 50% vests upon the achievement of a third performance milestone.
