Explanation of responses
- F125% of the options will vest on the later of (i) the 6-month anniversary of the grant date and (ii) the date on which the average closing price of the Company's common stock on NASDAQ is at least $3.33 for 30 consecutive trading days, provided that the grantee remains employed by the Company on the vesting date. 25% of the options will vest on the later of (i) the 12-month anniversary of the grant date and (ii) the date on which the average closing price of the Company's common stock on NASDAQ is at least $4.05 for 30 consecutive trading days, provided that the grantee remains employed by the Company on the vesting date.
