- F1As previously disclosed on a Form 4 filed by the reporting person on January 22, 2015, on January 20, 2015, the reporting person was granted a performance option to purchase 39,255 Ordinary Shares which would vest, if at all, on the first anniversary of the date on which the Company's compensation committee determined that the related performance criteria had been met. On February 19, 2015, the Company's compensation committee concluded that the performance criteria were met, resulting in the commencement of a one-year vesting of these options.
