- F1On May 2, 2017, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that, following the acquisition of additional shares of the issuer's common stock through the company's 401(K) match program, he indirectly owned 437,706 shares. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person indirectly owned 375,249 shares of common stock at that time.
