- F1Represents (i) 141,483 restricted share units ("RSUs") granted on August 14, 2026, 25% of which vest on August 11, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in twelve equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, (ii) 2,727 RSUs granted on July 2, 2024, 25% of which vested on July 29, 2026, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, (iii) 1,447 RSUs granted on November 5, 2025, 25% of which vest on November 5, 2026, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, and (iv) 646 RSUs granted on March 16, 2026, 25% of which vest on March 16, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter.
