Explanation of responses
- F1Represents (i) 73,890 restricted share units ("RSUs") granted on August 14, 2026, 25% of which vest on August 11, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in twelve equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, (ii) 17 ordinary shares, (iii) 758 RSUs granted on July 2, 2024, 25% of which vested on July 29, 2026, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, (iv) 1,080 RSUs granted on November 5, 2025, 25% of which vest on November 5, 2026, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, and (v) 440 RSUs granted on March 16, 2026, 25% of which vest on March 16, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter.
