- F1Represents (i) 181,483 restricted share units ("RSUs") granted on August 14, 2026, 25% of which vest on August 11, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in twelve equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, and (ii) 13,333 RSUs granted on May 17, 2026, 25% of which vest on May 17, 2027, and the remaining 75% vest in twelve equal quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter. All of the foregoing RSUs remain unvested as of August 13, 2026. The holdings described in clause (ii) has been adjusted to reflect the Issuer's 1-for-30 reverse share split effected on June 4, 2026.
