Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed to report the grant of restricted stock units to the reporting person under the Springleaf Holdings, Inc. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan and to correct the total amount beneficially owned following the reporting person's transaction that occurred on March 17, 2015. The restricted stock units vest as follows: 3,517 units on each of February 17, 2016, February 17, 2017 and February 17, 2018, subject to the reporting person's continued employment through the specific vesting date. The reporting person will receive one share of common stock for each vested restricted stock unit.
