Explanation of responses
- F1Disposed of pursuant to the merger agreement between the issuer and a wholly owned subsidiary of Andeavor Logistics LP ("ANDX") in exchange for 18,013 ANDX common units having a market value of approximately $826,797 on the effective date of the merger.
- F2Each phantom unit was the economic equivalent of one common unit of the issuer and could be settled in cash or common units, as determined by the issuer's board at its sole discretion.
- F3The award of phantom units, which provided for vesting on September 25, 2018, was assumed by ANDX in the merger and replaced with an award of 2,923 ANDX phantom units, governed by substantially similar terms and conditions, including vesting terms.
