- F1The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person.
- F2Due to a clerical error by the broker, the Reporting Person is filing this amended Form 4 to correct the amount of shares sold from 8,804 to 8,084. This error also resulted in the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person to be incorrectly reported as 1,645,917 on one Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person after this Form 4. The number of securities beneficially owned should have been 1,646,637.
