Explanation of responses
- F1On May 11, 2015, the issuer granted Mr. Young an award under the Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust Equity Plan consisting of these restricted share units. This award will vest ratably as follows: 1/2 on November 11, 2016 and 1/2 on May 11, 2018. As such restricted share units vest, the award will be settled in common shares of beneficial interest of the issuer promptly, but in no event later than 30 days, following the applicable vesting date.
