Explanation of responses
- F1On March 16, 2016, the issuer granted Mr. Tuomi an award under the issuer's Equity Plan consisting of these restricted share units. This award will vest ratably as follows: 1/4 on March 16, 2017, 1/4 on March 16, 2018, 1/4 on March 16, 2019 and 1/4 on March 16, 2020. As such restricted share units vest, the award will be settled in common shares of beneficial interest of the issuer promptly, but in no event later than 30 days, following the applicable vesting date.
