Explanation of responses
- F1On April 26, 2016 the Reporting Person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting an issuance of 100,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock of the Issuer entitling the Reporting Person to 7,000 votes per share of Series A Preferred Stock. The Company has never issued the Reporting Person shares of Series A Preferred Stock and accordingly the Reporting Person only had sole voting power with respect to 3,226,646 shares of common stock of the Issuer. In addition, the Reporting Person indirectly owns 3,000,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer owned by the Reporting Person's spouse.
