- F2Holders of units of LCFH and Class B Common Stock may from time to time exchange such units paired with an equal number of shares of Class B Common Stock for shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis, subject to customary conversion rate adjustments for stock splits, stock dividends, and reclassifications. The units and Class B Common Stock together are convertible at the holder's election at any time, and the conversion right has no expiration date.
