- F1Mosing Holdings, LLC made a distribution of shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share (the "Common Stock") to certain of its members, including the Reporting Person.
- F2The Kendall G. Mosing Family, L.L.C. ("KGM LLC") is controlled by Kendall G. Mosing, in his capacity as its sole manager. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by KGM LLC, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
Remarks
The Reporting Person is a reporting person solely as a result of being a party to that certain Voting Agreement, dated July 22, 2013, by and among Ginsoma Family C.V., FWW B.V., Mosing Holdings, LLC and the other parties thereto.
